Select Club terms and conditions
The Select Club Card is a promotion offered by Jewellery Week (JW) that provides Cardholders with savings and benefits offered by participants of JW online and at events, shops and galleries. The Jewellery Week website offers the most up-to-date information on the discounts and benefits offered by participants, its partners and sponsors (collectively, “LJW Members”). Look for the Jewellery Week logo during Jewellery Week to take advantage of these promotions.
By signing up for the JW Select Club Card, you are agreeing to the following specific terms and conditions of the Card Agreement. You understand that JW members make available online special offers and services to cardholders of this program (“Cardholders”) and these are individual and may vary across participating members of JW. By ordering the Select Club Card, submitting your information or using the Card you are indicating that you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
You acknowledge that the Agreement may be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes or additions to the offers will appear on this page. You will be deemed to have accepted any change to this Card Agreement if you continue to use the Card after that change has been posted here.
You must complete all information fields in the sign-up section to be able to receive the card.
Use of your Select Card in-store: You must show your Select Club Card before you make a purchase at a participating JW retailer. JW Members have the right to deny a discount if you do not present your Card before payment.
Use of your Select Club Card online: In order to redeem savings via online JW Members you will be asked to enter your Card number either on www.londonjewelleryweek.co.uk or at the online JW Member’s website.
Jewellery Week Members are independent. Jewellery Week Ltd, is not liable for any products or services provided by the Jewellery Week Members.
The return value of the item(s) purchased using this card shall be the applicable return value under the individual Jewellery Week Member’s return policy, minus the discount obtained.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
The personal data you provide shall be included in our database and used to keep you updated on events and special offers from the Jewellery Week Members. This data may be shared with carefully chosen third parties.
